With 27.5g of protein and only 2.4g of fat per serving, this is the ideal replacement for standard supermarket custard which contains less than 1g of protein per 100g. The protein custard mix is perfect for anyone following a high protein diet and trying to avoid unnecessary calories.

The protein in this custard will contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

    *Please take note that the recommended temperature setting may differ depending on the type and efficiency of the oven or microwave used.

    1. Add 50g of powder (2 scoops) to 150ml water / milk and shake in a shaker alternatively use a blender
    2. Add contents from shaker into a microwaveable bowl
    3. Microwave using medium heat (800watt) for 30-45 seconds until preffered tempreture (stir every 15-20 seconds).
    4. **The custard perfectly compliments our bake at home goodies or just as good on its own!

    Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. This product is intended to be used alongside and active lifestyle and a balanced diet. Suitable for vegetarians.
