Recovery is about function and fuel and can be considered as the ability to be able to perform again following previous exercise, whether after training or racing.

1 x Whey Chocolate Recovery Sachet - OTE Whey & Casein Recovery Powdered Drink has been designed and developed to help repair and rebuild muscle, and speed your recovery and adaptation to exercise. Recovery is about function and fuel and can be considered as the ability to be able to perform again following previous exercise, whether after training or racing.

1 x 600ml Bottle - Mix your OTE Energy Drink, OTE Recovery Drink or Carbo Booster Drink in our specially designed Drinks Bottles. With graduated marks on the side, the bottle makes mixing the recommended quantity of powder and liquid easy.
