Designed to give a barefoot-like feel, the Nike Women's Free 5.0 Trainers provide the ultimate in natural motion and underfoot protection. The revolutionary upper is made from engineered mesh, with lightweight synthetic backing for ventilation and support. The trainers have an asymmetrical lacing system to reduce pressure on top of the foot, whilst the diagonal cuts through the arch help to improve foot strength.

Featuring a moulded sockliner which mimics the foot's curvature for added comfort and support, the trainers have abrasion-resistant rubber under high-wear areas which provides greater durability.
