Available as standard in the R1 shoe this insole is also available separately allowing opportunities for superior comfort and support in the R3 range along with other brands of cycling shoe across all cycling disciplines.

The insole is moulded to your foot while in the cycling position. Weight is concentrated on the ball and arch area with the insole positioned to match the rise of the outsole.

This precise custom fit and increased support will increase the efficiency of your feet and body driving power to the pedals thereby improving your performance and comfort.
