The running shoes are set on a new blown AHAR rubber outsole on top of which sits a FluidRide SpEVA 45 midsole which forms a comfortable base that absorbs the impact of running, helping improve stamina, giving an enhanced toe off and better bounce-back in your performance. Asics’s Impact Guidance System enhances the foot’s natural gait from heel strike to toe-off while rearfoot and forefoot gel cushioning attenuates shock during impact and toe-off phases, allowing natural movement in multiple planes of the foot for a more fluid range of motion, greater comfort and reducing the pressure place on your feet as you run.
