Chris King Ceramic Road Bottom Bracket

The legendary reliability of King headsets have gone in to the Chris King bottom bracket. 24 ceramic balls per sealed cartridge style bearing, made in-house and hand checked for perfection plus a five year warranty bring Chris King's unique reliability to bottom brackets. The Chris King bottom bracket also has a grease port - allowing you to keep your bearings running smoothly with an available Chris King grease injector. You can now use thicker grease for training and replace it with lighter, faster grease for races.

Ceramic balls are harder and lighter then stainless steel ones which results in faster movement with reduced friction, meaning you pedal with greater efficiency.
